As a person-centred therapist, I believe you are the expert in your own life. I won't tell you what to do or give advice. Instead, I create a safe, non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings freely. This approach allows me to help you find your own solutions and make meaningful changes at your own pace.
I currently offer online counselling sessions via Zoom, with in-person sessions in Bridge of Allan, Stirling. Online counselling provides flexibility and convenience, making therapy accessible regardless of your location in the UK. Many clients find online sessions particularly helpful when managing busy schedules, mobility issues, or when they simply prefer the comfort of their own space.
I specialise in supporting people through grief and bereavement, including the loss of loved ones, pets, relationships, and identity. Through my experience with bereavement services and women's organisations, I've developed expertise in working with trauma, domestic abuse, and eating disorders. I also support clients dealing with anxiety, depression, life transitions, and cultural adjustment challenges.
To complement my counselling practice, I'll be introducing a range of holistic therapies next year. These will include Reflexology for addressing particular ailments and deep relaxation, Reiki for energy healing and emotional balance, and Aromatherapy Massage for physical and mental wellbeing. These therapies can work alongside counselling to support your overall healing journey, or be experienced as standalone treatments.
